2) Policy

1. ) Ordering & Shipping Policy
   • Orders will be processed and completed within 5-7 working days (business working days
     include only Mondays – Fridays).
   • Shipping takes place between Mondays and Fridays. Please note that based on
     locations, deliveries may take place between 1-5 business working days.
   • Always make sure that you’ve entered the correct location for deliveries, as we’ll not be
     held liable for any wrong information submitted for deliveries.
   • We do not accept rush orders. Craftsmanship is of utmost importance to us.
   • Once you’ve made your order, you’ve automatically agreed to the terms and conditions
     of our policy.
2. ) Refund & Exchange Policy
   • Please note that we do not accept any refunds on wig units. However, we do allow
     exchanges within 3 business days, on the basis that :
     • The lace has not been cut.
     • The wig unit has not been washed.
     • The wig unit has not been worn.
     • The wig unit has not been coloured.
     • The wig unit is in its original packaging.
